Beth worked for me when I was Manager, Logistics as Flexsys, a Monsanto/Akzo Joint Venture in rubber chemicals. I hired Beth as Logistics Specialist for both domestic and international operations. Beth was able to quickly apply her skills in domestic logisitcs, and learned very quickly and eagerly about international operations and regulations. She also demonstrated fast learning in production scheduling for the domestic chemical plants.
