Beth Calhoun-Leipold is an accomplished business development and operations executive with a background in small-business startups and over 30 years of customer success, user experience, process improvement, human resource management, and marketing.

She’s gained much of her notable and diverse experience at globally and nationally acclaimed brands in the consumer products, chemical, and transport industries. Such high-profile organizations include L’Oreal, Monsanto, Flexsys America, and a division of North American Van Lines. In the last 20 years, Beth has co-owned and helmed technology and software service companies, including Work Horse Integrations.

As Work Horse’s owner and managing partner, she oversees daily operations, business development, client relations, marketing, and staffing. Beth’s husband Erich is Work Horse’s managing partner and senior integration architect. Together, they are masters of integrating the software that runs different business functions into a single, centralized system. By facilitating seamless collaboration between diverse applications, workflows are automated, processes are streamlined, and organizational efficiencies are greatly improved.
